摘要
以水作溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,以衣康酸(IA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为单体制备了水溶性共聚物衣康酸/甲基丙烯酸(IA/MAA),用正交实验法确定了最佳反应条件:反应温度90℃,引发剂占单体质量分数为8%,单体配比n(IA):n(MAA)=1:7,反应时间1.5h。该共聚物对碳酸钙的阻垢率为83%,相对分子质量为1429。并用扫描电子显微镜对垢样进行了分析。
The water-soluble copolymer of itaconic acid and methacrylic acid was prepared with water as solvent and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: 8% of initiator in monomers, monomer ratio of n(itaconic acid) : n(methacrylic acid)= 1 : 7, reaction temperature 90 ℃ and reaction time 1.5 h. The scale inhibition efficiency of the copolymer was 83%. The relative molecular mass was 1 429. The scale was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.
