摘要
为制备亚氨基二琥珀酸,用单因素法考察了反应物量比、反应时间和反应温度对产物螯合性能的影响,经优化的合成工艺为:n(马来酸酐)∶n(氢氧化钠)∶n(氨水)∶n(蒸馏水)=2∶1∶2∶16,150℃反应10 h.在优化合成条件下制成的产物对铁离子和铜离子螯合性能最好.红外图谱显示,特征峰对应的官能团与其分子结构一致;氧漂稳定性能数据显示,亚氨基二琥珀酸具有良好的双氧水分解抑制能力;耐碱性能数据显示,亚氨基二琥珀酸能在碱质量浓度为40 g/L的条件下使用.
The effects of molecule ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and time on the chelating property of iminodisuccinic acid were investigated using single factor method.The optimized synthesis technology was obtained: n(maleic anhydride)∶n(sodium hydroxide)∶n(ammonia)∶n(distilled water)=2∶1∶2∶16,reacted at 150 ℃ for 10 h.Under the optimal synthesis condition,the prepared product had chelating property with ferric ion and copper ion.The IR spectra indicated that the corresponding functional groups of characteristic peaks were consistent with the molecular structure of iminodisuccinic acid.The data of hydrogen peroxide bleaching stability showed that iminodisuccinic acid had good inhibition ability for hydrogen peroxide.The alkaline resistance results showed that it could be used under 40 g/L of basic concentration.
