摘要
目的:建立麝心通胶囊中麝香酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用2%OV-17不锈钢色谱柱,柱温200℃,进样口温度250℃,检测器温度275℃,氮气压力280kPa。结果:麝香酮在0.1224～1.7135μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为101.3%(RSD=1.2%)。结论:此法简便、快速、准确,可作为麝心通胶囊含量测定的方法。
Objective： To estabLish a method for determination the content of Muscone in Shexintong Capsules. Method： The GC method was used. 2% OV-17 stainless sted column was used, Column temperature was 200℃, injector temperature was 250℃ ,detector temperature was 275 ℃ ,the pressure of nitrogen was 280 kPa. Result： The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 122 4 - 1. 713 5μg for Muscone. The average recovery rate was 101.3% （RSD ffi 1.2% ）. Conclusion： The method was simple, rapid, accurate for simultaneous determination of the Shexintong Capsules.
