摘要
目的：以麝香酮含量为指标对骨疽康膏进行质量控制。方法：用气相色谱法测定骨疽康膏中麝香酮的含量。结果：麝香酮在0．3064-1．5320μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．998）；精密度试验，RSD=1．43％；稳定性试验，RSD=2．6％；加样回收率试验，RSD=4．18％；重复性试验，RSD=3．74％。结论：本法测定骨疽康膏中麝香酮含量专属、可行。
Objective： To control the quality of Gujukang with the target of muscone content. Method： The muscone content in Gujukang Extract was determined by gas chromatography. Result： The muscone had a good linear relationship between the range from 0. 3064 to 1,5320. The accuracy experiment had 1,43% of RSD, The stability test had2,69% of RSD. The recovery rate test of added sample had 4, 18% of RSD, The duplicated experiment had 3.74% of RSD, Conclusion： Gas chromatography is exclusive and feasible in determining muscone content in Gujukang Extract,
