摘要
报道一种制备金属银纳米管的新方法,该方法以含Ag^+的正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶过程使金属银纳米颗粒富集于二氧化硅凝胶的孔道中,再经过进一步热处理形成银纳米管.实验结果表明,银纳米管的形成与物料的配比、pH值、热处理温度等参数密切相关,在典型的实验条件下所形成的银纳米管,其内外管径分别约为80nm和120nm,管壁的厚度约为15~25nm.
Here we report a new approach to preparing silver metal nanotube. In this approach, tetraethyl orthosilicate containing silver ion is firstly used as precursor, and then metal silver nanoparticles are formed and congregated in porous channel of SiO2 gel through sol - gel process, followed by heat treatment to form silver nanotube. Experimental results show that some factors (i. e. content of silver in the sol, pH value and annealing temperature) have significant influence on the formation of silver. In a typical experiment, the resulted silver nanotubes have an inner diameter of about 80 nm, an outer diameter of 120 nm, and a thickness of 15 -25 nm.
