摘要
目的探讨老年糖尿病患者合并心血管疾病的相关因素。方法回顾1998年7月～2003年10月在本院疗养体检的军队老干部及配偶的临床资料,从中筛选146例Ⅱ型糖尿病合并心血管疾病患者以及同期疗养的94例健康老人进行对比分析。参检人员进行常规体检、体重指数测定,空腹和餐后2h血糖、尿糖、总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-CHO)和血液流变学等检查。结果老年糖尿病合并心血管疾病组不论空腹和餐后2h血糖,血脂三项和血液流变学等各项指标均高于健康老人组(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病合并肥胖,血糖控制欠佳,脂代谢异常和血液流变学改变是糖尿病患者并发心血管疾病的重要原因。从而为糖尿病疾病本身及其心血管合并症的预防和治疗提供相关依据。
Objective To investigate the related factors of the cardiovascular diseases combined senile diabetes mellitus, Methods The data of old military cadres and their couples who were examined in our sanitarium from July 1998 to October 2003 were reviewed.Among them,146 patients with diabetes mellitns combined with cardiovascular diseases and 94 healthy old people as control were selected.The conventional physical examination was performed and the body mass index, fasting and 2-bour post-meal blood sugar and urine sugar,cholesterol （CHO）,triglycerides （TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-CHO）and hemorbeological indexes were detected. Results The fasting blood sugar,2-bour post-meal blood sugar, CHO,TG,LDL-CHO and hemorheulogical indexes in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with cardiovascular dis- eases were higher than those in the healthy old people （P〈O,OS）,Conclusion The blood sugar cannot be controlled very well in the elderly patients with the diabetes mellitus with obesity, The abnormality of lipid metabolism and bemorheological changes are important causes for complications of cardiovascular diseases in the patients with diabetes mellitus,which can be the basis for prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitas and the complication of cardiovascular diseases.
