老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病的临床特点及冠状动脉造影分析

摘要 目的:探讨老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病的临床及冠状动脉造影特点。方法:对66例老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病病人(DM组)与130例未合并糖尿病的病人(NDM组)临床特点及冠状动脉造影结果进行比较。结果:1、DM组与NDM组相比,高血压及血脂异常的发生率明显增高,而冠心病的家族史及吸烟史两组间无差别。2、DM组的冠状动脉病变总记分明显高于NDM组,多支病变及弥漫性病变数目高于NDM组,单支病变数目低于NDM组。结论:老年冠心病合并2型糖尿病病人更易于合并多重危险因素,冠状动脉病变以多支、弥漫性病变多见。 Objective: To analyze the clinical and angiographic characteristics of elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Comparison had been taken on the clinical and angiographic characteristics of 66 and 130 CHD patients respectively with and without type 2 diabetes(DM group and NDM group). Results: Compared with NDM group, the prevalence of hypertension and dyslipidemia was significantly higher in DM group. There were no significant difference in the family history of CHD and smoking between two groups. More multi -vessel disease were found in DM group,whose total marks of coronary artery disease was significantly increased(P 〈 0.05), Conclusion: The elderly CHD patients complicated with type 2 diabetes are easily clustering risk factors, and are apt to develop more diseased branches with diffusive feature.
