解脲脲原体耐药机制研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 解脲脲原体是非淋菌性尿道炎等疾病的病因之一。四环素类、大环内酯类及喹诺酮类抗生素是治疗解脲脲原体感染的有效药物。tetM转座子或整合子介导的核糖体保护作用是解脲脲原体对四环素耐药的主要机制。近年研究表明解脲脲原体可能有其他的耐四环素机制。解脲脲原体对大环内酯类耐药机制尚未见报道。染色体DNA促旋酶和拓扑异构酶Ⅳ的突变是解脲脲原体对氟喹诺酮类耐药的主要机制。解脲脲原体的耐药机制仍有待进一步深入研究。 Ureaplasma urealyticum is one of the pathogens that cause the nongonococcal urethritis etc. Tetracyclines, macrolides and quinolones are effective medications in the treatment of these diseases. tetM transposon or integron-mediated ribosome protection is the major mechanism of the tetracycline resistance in Ureaplasma urealyticum. Recent researches showed that it might exist some other resistance mechanisms. The resistance mechanism to macrolides in Ureaplasma urealyticum is still unknown. The mutations of DNA helicase and topoismerase Ⅳ in chromosome are the major mechanisms of quinolones resistance in Ureaplasma urealyticum. The further researches on the drug resistance mechanisms in Ureaplasma urealyticum are absolutely necessary.
