摘要
从碎绿茶与提取茶多酚后的废渣中分离出三种茶叶多糖(TP):TP-1、TP-2、TP-3。经醋酸纤维薄膜电泳表明三种TP都是均一多糖。其水解液经高效液相色谱与纸层析分析,确知它们的单糖组分与百分含量比。
Three polysaccharides(TP 1、TP 2、TP 3) were isolated from gree tea fragments and the waste material left behind after the extraction of tea polyphenols.The chemical composition and the pexcentage of content of their hydrolyged sodution were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and paper chromatography.
