摘要 生长激素释放肽是一种引起生长激素释放的多肽。循环中的生长激素释放肽主要由胃黏膜产生。幽门螺杆菌感染可以影响循环和胃内的生长激素释放肽水平;另外生长激素释放肽表达的变化在胃食管反流病和功能性消化不良的发病中也起重要作用。 Ghrelin is polypeptide resulting in releasing of growth hormone. Growth hormone-releasing peptide in circulation mainly reduced by gastric membrane. Helicobacter pylori infection will affect the level of circular and endogastric growth hormone-releasing peptide. Besides that, its level changes play an important role in the onset of gastroesophageal reflux disease and functional dyspepsia.
