摘要
介绍了气辅注射成型中的CAE分析方法,阐述了气辅制品缺陷与工艺参数的关系。并通过塑料成型过程分析软件MoldflowPlasticInsight5.0对制品进行FLOW-COOL-FLOW分析,调整工艺参数达到消除气辅缺陷的目的。
This paper presented CAE method in gas-assisted injection molding.The relation between processing parameter and defect of production were elaborated.Defect was disappeared through FLOW-COOL-FLOW analysis and processing parameter adjustment of plastic production by using plastic molding process analysis software Moldflow Plastic Insight5.0.
