摘要
应用MMS-1G销盘式高温高速摩擦磨损试验机,研究了二氧化碳气氛条件下CrNiMo钢/H96黄铜配副的干滑动摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:摩擦因数随着载荷和速度的增加而减小;磨损率随着载荷和速度的增加而增加,在逐步增加速度与载荷的过程中,存在着摩擦磨损机制的转变,CrNiMo钢的磨损机制主要表现为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。
By using MMS-1G pin-disk high temperature & high speed friction and wear tester, the dry sliding friction and wear characteristics of CrNiMo steel-H96 copper couples in carbon dioxide atmosphere were investigated mental results indicate that the friction coefficient of CrNiMo decreases as the sliding speed and contacting crease;the wear rate of CrNiMo increases as the contacting pressure and sliding speed increase. When the The experipressure insliding speed and contacting pressure increase, the friction and wear mechanism would be changed. The wear mechanism of CrNiMo is mainly adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
