通过人工光加速老化试验,论述了用于外窗的聚氯乙烯异型材的加工与配方对型材耐久性的影响。
This paper describes the important relation between formula ingredients, processing and durability of several RPVC profiles for the frames of door and windows through accelerated weathering test. It is indicated that an acrylic impact modifier and a sulfur containing butylin stabilizer improve synergistic effect on the impact strength especially the durability of RPVC profiles based on a basic manufacturing formula. A chlorinated polyethylene also showed good result with a sulfur-containing butyltin so long as adjusting the quantity of stabilizer and lubricants, but a lead-contaning stabilizer did not get good Performance on mechanical properties and appearance due to UV-exposure.
