四极场常用于质谱分析,用于能量分析还没有过。本文将详细阐述四极场作能量分析器的可能性。介绍其为分析器时的几何结构、原理和基本公式;具体给出了通过能量,分析器常数和分辨率的表达式。文中还对分析器的用途做了介绍。
A quadrupole field is often used in a mass-spectrum analyser and has never been used to analyse energy of charged particles. This paper expounds in detail the possibility that quadrupole field can be used as an energy analyser and describes its geometric structure, working principles and basic formula. Expressions of the passing energy, analyser constant, and resolution are given. Finally, the applications for the quadrupole energy analyser are also introduced.
