摘要
通过溅射的真空蒸发镀膜使超薄切片机上使用的玻璃刀口上带有一层钨膜。用常规方法制作45°角玻璃刀,将六把新制的刀放到真空室内阳极基板上,刀口朝向阴极,刀口两面同时淀积金属膜。该方法处理的刀比不镀膜的刀增强了承受切片的能力,切片平展,从而减少了由一般玻璃刀切片时产生的假象。
Glass knives for ultramicrotome were improved by sputter and evaporating coating cut-ting dege with a film of tungsten. Glass knives made with a nominol cutting angle of 45 ~ . Six freshly made knives were attached to the anode base plate of a vacuum chamber, and put knives edge toward the negative, and it made the metal film depsited on both faces of knives simultaneously. Increased the ability of acceptable sections of teated knives than uncoated
glass knives. They could also cut more fiat sections than ordinary glass knives and decreasing some of the cutting artefacts.
