摘要
目的为清热解毒类方药抗菌效价的生物检定法确立目标药材和目标菌株;方法观察七种清热解毒类中药对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、藤黄微球菌的抑制作用;结果连翘对四种细菌均有较好抑制作用;板兰根、丹皮对四种菌均没有出现抑制作用;苦参对四种细菌均有一定抑制作用;金银花有一定抑菌作用;鱼腥草有一定的抑菌作用;穿心莲对四种细菌均有较好抑制作用。结论不同清热解毒类方药有不同的抗菌谱。
Objective To determine the target medicinal material and target bacterium for the biological assay of the antiseptic titer of herbs with the function of expelling toxin by cooling. Methods The inhibitory effects of seven traditional Chinese medicinal herbs with the function of expelling toxin by cooling on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and micrococcus luteus were observed. Results Fructus Forsythiae had a favorite inhibitory effect on the four bacteria; Radix Isatidis and Danpi showed no inhibitory effect on the four bacteria, Flos Lonicerae had a certain bacteriostatic effect; Herha Houttuyniac had a certain hacteriostatic effect; Herba seu Folium Andrographidis had a good inhibitory effect on the four bacteria. Conclusion Different expelling toxin by cooling herbs have different antihiograms.
