摘要
在电荷守恒原理和灵敏度分析基础上，提出了一种开关电容网络（ＳＣＮ）子网络级故障诊断的新算法．运用该算法，在诊断过程完成后，能确定出非故障子网络（或非故障元件集合）和故障子网络（或故障元件集合）．
A new diagnosis algorithm of subnetworks in switched capacitor networks(SCN) is given. The algorithm is based on the principle of charge conservation and sensitivity analysis. Using the algorithm, nonfaulty subnetworks(or nonfaulty element sets) and faulty subnetworks(or faulty element sets) can be accurately determined.
