摘要
本文首先给出了一种子网络级故障定位的新算法,它在以下两个方面发展了Salama 等人提出的算法:(1)用诊断故障子网络的五个定理查找故障子网络或故障子区;(2)用蒙特卡洛法处理容差效应.与 Salama 的算法相比,本算法计算量小、可靠、且适用于大容差情况.其次,本文提出的“计算节点电流和的灵敏度”对预先估计子网络的可诊断性具有指导意义.为了简化测后计算,本文采用了非故障子网络的等效模型.最后,给出了线性有源网络和运放μA709的算例,结果是令人满意的。
First of all,a new algorithm for fault location at subnetwork level is pre- sented in the paper.It is different from [2] in the following two aspects:a) faulty subnetworks or subregions can be picked out by usiug five diagnosing faulty subnetwork theorems;b) the effect of tolerance is treated by Monte-Carlo method.As compared with [1],this algorithm has less computation anb is more reliable and suitable for large tolerance.Secondly,the sensitivity of computing- node-current-sum proposed in the paper is of directive significance in preesti- mating the diagnosibity of the faulty subnetwork.In order to simplity computa- tion after test,equivalent model of nonfaulty subnetwork is used.Finally, examples of linear active network and op-amplifier μA709 are given,All re- sults are satisfactory.
