概述了Caco-2细胞系的特点、模型的建立与验证,及其在营养物质吸收及机制研究中的新进展。并评价了将Caco-2细胞用于营养物质吸收转运中的优点与局限性。
This article overview the characteristics of caco-2 cell, establishment and validation of caco-2 cell model. Caco-2 cell apply to develop the mechanisms of absorption and transport of nutrients extensively. This model has many advantages, as well as few disadvantages.
