脂肪细胞分化机制的研究进展

摘要 脂肪细胞在能量平衡中起着关键的作用。脂肪组织生长包括脂肪细胞大小的增加和由前体细胞分化的新脂肪细胞的形成。脂肪细胞分化期间,转录因子过氧化物酶体增殖体活化受体(PPAR)家族和CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白(C/EBP)家族在复杂的转录级联中起着关键作用。对这些转录因子的调节以及各种其他因子的作用方式及对脂肪细胞分化机制的研究,可预防与治疗人类肥胖症、II型糖尿病等疾病,以及为减肥功能食品的开发提供理论依据。 The adipocyte plays a pivotal role in energy balance. The growth of adipose tissue includes an increase in adipocyte size and the formation of new adipocytes from precursor cells. Transcriptional factors peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor families and CCAAT/ enhancer binding protein families play a critical role in the complex transcriptional cascade during adipocyte differentiation. The positive or negative effect of various hormones and growth factors on adipocyte differentiation have been confirmed. Studies on the regulation of these transcriptional factors and mechanisms of adipocyte differentiation provides a theoretic basis for precaution or therapy of obesity, diabetes Ⅱ and filtration of medicament for above disease, as well as for research of the functional food.
