摘要
发展林木生物质发电对保护生态环境、提高资源利用效率具有重要意义。针对影响林木生物质发电竞争力因素之一——电力企业环境成本核算没有内部化的问题,比较了不同类型发电企业的环境成本,在加强环境成本内部化核算的基础上,提出发展林木生物质发电的相关建议。
The article first discusses the importance of the development of generation by woody biomass to protect environment and improve resources utility efficiency, finds out one of the most crucial factors that influence the competence of power generation by woody biomass： the environmental cost assess is not taken into account in power enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions in the development of generation by woody biomass based on the consideration of environmental cost inside assess.
