摘要 讨论与细颗粒无烟煤焦在CFB锅炉燃烧室中停留时间有关的若干因素对燃尽的影响。指出燃烧室高度、炉膛烟气流速、分离器效率和飞灰回燃等是影响福建无烟煤在CFB锅炉中燃尽的重要因素。提高炉膛燃烧室高度、适当降低炉膛烟气流速、提高分离器分离效率、采用飞灰回燃等措施能有效地延长福建无烟煤细颗粒在CFB锅炉燃烧室中的停留时间,从而有利于福建无烟煤的燃尽。 Factors related to the effect of lingering time of fine anthracite coke particles on the burn-off rate in CFB boiler's combustion chamber is being discussed, pointing out that the combustion chamber's height, the flue gas' flow velocity within the furnace, the seperator' s efficiency and reburning of fly ash are important factors that influence Fujian anthracite's burn-off rate in CFB boilers. Measures, such as raising the combustion chamber's height properly, reducing flue gas' velocity within the furnace, improving the separator' s efficiency and reburning of fly ash may .all effectively elongate the lingering time of fine anthracite particles and therewith beneficial by raising the burn-off rate of the coal.
