摘要
在135MWe再热CFB锅炉上对床压降对飞灰含碳量的影响进行了试验,并进行了机理分析。降低炉膛床压降运行,可以降低底部密相区和过渡区物料浓度,增加二次风的穿透能力,使得更多氧气进入中央贫氧区,加强气固混合并提高碳的燃烧效率,进而降低了飞灰中的碳含量。
The influence of pressure drop in furnace on carbon content in fly ash was investigated in 135 MWe CFB boiler. When the pressure drop in CFB furnace decreases, the combustion efficiency of carbon was improved and the carbon content in fly ash decreases. The reason is that the suspension solid density in dense zone and transition zone becomes lower, so the penetrating ability of secondary air increases and more oxygen can enter into the center zone.
