人力资本产权激励与企业制度框架持续演进的逻辑 被引量:5

摘要 结合人力资本投资理论进行逻辑分析,认为以效率性报酬为基础的人力资本作为一种稀缺要素同样具有产权性质。将其作为独立的生产要素纳入一般经济分析框架中,构建出人力资本增长与效用关系函数,指出在企业发展中,雇员的待遇与其人力资本价值之间的均衡会被多次打破,提出应推进企业制度框架结构持续演进,将资本人格化与人力资本化相结合,满足人力资本的产权激励需要,实现社会、企业和劳动者的激励相容。 Based on the logical analysis of the theory of the investment of human capital, the article holds that the human capital, which is based on effectiveness reward and acts as a rare factor, has a nature of property fight as well. By putting it into the general economic analysis framework as an independent production factor, a function of the relationship between the growth and effect of human capital is constituted. The article points out that, during the development of the enterprise, the balance between the pay of employees and the value of human capital will be broken for many times. It is suggested that the sustained evolution of the framework structure of the enterprise system be boosted to combine capital personalization with human capitalization, meet the requirements for the property right motivation and actualize consistency among the society, enterprises and laborers.
