摘要
目的:探讨随意尿标本测定的尿白蛋白/肌酐比值对诊断早期糖尿病肾病的价值。方法:用免疫比浊法直接抗原-抗体凝集反应测尿白蛋白,利用肌酐比色法苯-苯反应测肌酐浓度,计算65例糖尿病患者的尿白蛋白/肌酐比值,同时测定他们的尿白蛋白排泄率及血尿素氮、血肌酐,并与之比较。结果:尿白蛋白/肌酐比值与尿白蛋白排泄率呈显著相关性,其灵敏性及特异性均较高,且其变化早于血尿素氮和血肌酐。结论:尿白蛋白/肌酐比值是诊断早期糖尿病肾病的一项敏感而可靠的指标。
Objective： To Investigate the value of urinary albumin/creatinine ratio in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy. Mathods： The urinary albumin of 65 diabetic patients was detected by an inamunoturbidimetric direct antibody - antigen aggregation and measures creatinine colorimetrically using the Benedict- Behre reaction and compared with 24 hour urinary albumin excretion and bloody urea nitrogen and bloody creatinine detected. Results：The urinary albumin/creatinine ratio was positively correctlated with 24 hour urinary albumin excreation and it changed earlier than bloody urea nitrogen and creatinine. Conclusions： Urinary albumin /creation ratio is a sensitive and reliable mathod in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.
