摘要
用高速摄影法测定了钢包水模型浸入式顶吹气粉流的最大穿透深度、扩张角及气泡流/射流转变行为。实测穿透深度与理论模型计算值基本相符,根据实测的扩张角可以确定紊流卷吸系数,并分析了气粉流在熔池中从气泡流向射流转变的行为。
The maximum penetration depth,expension angle and transition behavior of bubbling-jetting of immersion top-blow gas-particle flow in a ladle water model are measured with photography at high speed. The penetration depth calculated by the mathematical model is in agreement with those measured experimentally.The turbulent extrainment coefficient is determined by the experimental expansion angle.And the transition behavier of bubbling-jetting of gas-particle flow is also analyzed.
