摘要
合成了未见文献报道的异噻唑啉酮衍生物4,5-二氯-2-甲氧丙基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(MOP-DC I),通过红外光谱(IR)和核磁波谱(1HNMR)对其结构进行了表征。并通过生物毒性实验得出其对藤壶幼虫24 h的半致死质量浓度为95.50μg/L。以该化合物为防污剂制备了海洋防污涂料,123 d的实海挂板几乎没有附着任何海洋污损生物。
4,5-Dichloro-2-( 3-methoxypropyl)-4-isothiazolin-3-one ( MOP-DCI ) was synthesized and reported for the first time. Its structure was confirmed by IR spectroscopy and 1HNMR. The toxicity of MOP - DCI for nauplii of barnacle was further examined. The 24 h-LC50 is 95.50 μg/L. MOP-DCI was also studied as an antifouling agent in antifouling paint. The test panel immersed for 123 d is almost free of marine organisms.
