摘要
利用气相色谱─质谱─计算机联用仪对草苁蓉酸性组分进行分析。初步鉴定出１６种化合物，其中有机酸及酯类化合物１０种，包括高级不饱和脂肪酸９，１２－十八碳二烯酸．９，１７－十八碳二烯酸和５，８，１１－十七碳三烯酸。
The analysis of acidic gredients of Boschniakia rossica was carried out by the means of GC─MS─Computer system. The analysis results showed that boschniakia rossica haqve 16 compounds in its acidic gredients. Ten compounds are organic acid or lipoid compounds including 3 unsaturated fatty acid: 9. 12-Octadanadiennic acid ; 9, 17-Octadanadiennic acid; 5, 8, 11-Hepladecatrienoic acid.
