摘要
在1623K下,应用BaCO3-BaCl2-MnO2熔剂对高炉锰铁进行脱磷实验。研究了锰铁成分、温度和熔剂量等工艺因素对脱磷的影响。实验结果表明,当熔剂量为10g/100g合金时可获得55%的脱磷率,对锰的氧化有所抑制。
Abstract Experiments for dephosphorization of FeMn melt were carried out using BaCO3BaCl2-MnO2 flux at 1623K. The influence from FeMn component, temperature and flux content on the dephosphorization was studied. The result shows that the degree of dephosphorization 55% and better manganese conservation can be obtained with a flux addition of 10g/100gmetal.
