稀土氧化物对连铸保护渣结晶矿相的影响 被引量:6

Influence of Rare Earth Oxide on Morphology of Crystallized Phases in Mold Fluxes for Continuous Casting

摘要 使用岩相分析、扫描电镜等手段,研究了稀土氧化物对现场和实验室自配保护渣结晶矿相的影响,并探讨了稀土氧化物在凝固保护渣中的存在形态。结果表明,两种保护渣结晶矿相主要组成为枪晶石、少量硅灰石及玻璃相。稀土氧化物抑制硅灰石析出,促进枪晶石长大。当稀土氧化物的质量分数大于10%,其在保护渣中的存在状态为稀土硅酸钙,个别形成稀土氟氧化物或者未溶部分。当稀土氧化物在保护渣中达到过饱和以后,保护渣高温粘度显著增大。 The influence of RE oxide on morphology of crystallized phases in both industrial mold flux and laboratory prepared flux was studied by lithofacies analysis and SEM. The form of RE oxide in solidified mold flux was also investigated. The results are: the crystallized phases of two fluxes are cuspidine, a little wollastonite and vitreous body; the RE oxide restrains the formation of wollastonite and accelerates the growth of cuspidine phase; when the content of RE oxide is much more than 10 %, the crystallized phase of RE oxide in the mold flux is mainly RE2O3·CaO·2SiO2, and some RE oxide containing fluoride is formed; when RE oxide content in the mold flux is over the solubility, the viscosity of mold flux is increased obviously.
