摘要
对20MnSi 热轧带肋钢筋冷弯断裂及拉伸脆断试样进行金相观察、断口扫描及能谱分析,发现钢中碳、锰、硅成份不均、非金属夹杂、连铸坯内裂纹、轧制工艺控制不当等是造成20MnSi 热轧带肋钢筋性能不合的主要原因,并据此提出冶炼、连铸、轧制过程中的改进措施。
The microstructure of samples of cold bending fracture and stretching brittle fracture of 20MnSi hot roiling ribbed bar are observed.Through scanning and energy spectrum analysis for fractures,the main reason which create no good properties are existing non-homogenous distribution of C.Mn.Si Compositions in steel,non-metallic inclusions in steel,internal fissure in continuous billet and non-suitable roiling process.Based on above mentioned questions,the imporoving measures in the processes of melting,continuous casting and rolling are puted out.
