摘要 莱芜钢铁厂采用连铸坯生产20MnSi钢筋,出现质量被动,主要表现为钢材的脆性增加,塑性降低,冷弯脆断。经对钢材的化学成分、显微组织以及夹杂物等项目的检验,认为钢材组织不良,存在大量大型夹杂物是导致钢材性能恶化的主要原因。必须加强钢包吹氩处理,采用浸入式水口,保护浇注和降低钢材终轧温度等。 MnSi steel bar produced by Laiwu Iron and Steel works to use of continuous casting billet bas quality Fluctuation and the expression of quality fluctuation are brittle increase,plastic decrease and cold bending brittle fracture. Through the checks on chemical compositionl microstriicture and inclussion we think that the main causes of bad steel product properties are resulted from imperfect microstructure and large size inclussion in steelproducts.The main technical measures of strengthening blowing argon treatment in tbe ladle, utilizing immersed nozzlel utilizing protected casting and decreasing finishing temperature of steel products must be performed for eliminating above quastions.
