摘要
通过对杭州市城西居住区的社区体育设施种类、数量和分布的实地调查以及对社区居民利用体育设施的问卷调查认为,目前,城市社区体育设施的主要问题为种类少、规模小、配置不合理等,这些问题主要是由于对体育设施的规划不够重视、规划缺乏整体性和设施标准较低等方面的原因所致。为此,应加强城市体育设施的专项规划,加强居住小区规划中体育设施方面的规划审批工作,提高新老社区的体育设施水平,促进社区体育事业的健康、持续发展。
By using the method of field survey on the category, scale and distribution of community sports facilities and the questionnaire on resident＇s utilization of these facilities in the western residential area of Hangzhou city, This paper found out that there were many problems in community sports facilities such as the absence of the category, small scale, the irrational distribution and so on. These problems were mainly caused for failure to regard highly on sports facilities planning in urban community, the lack of the uniform planning and the low facilities standard. In order to develop the community sports work, we should draw up the specialized planning about the urban sports facilities, enhance the screening in the layout of sports facilities in the process planning the residential district, and promote the level of sports facilities in the old and new communities.
