摘要
运用电子显微学和超微结构定量计测技术探讨了中医脾主肌肉的超微结构基础。对骨骼肌和心肌单位视野的线粒体数进行了计测和分析。研究结果表明脾气虚证大白鼠结构正常的线粒体数显著减少,而结构异常的线粒体数显著增加。这些改变提示降低了肌肉中的能量供给。四君子汤(健脾中药)治疗后的数据与正常大白鼠无显著差异。认为线粒体的结构改变是脾主肌肉的超微结构基础之一。
Electron microscopy and ultrastructural quantitative measurement are applied to study the ultrastructural basis of the pi (spleen in traditional Chinese medicine, TCM) in its role of muscle nourishment. The number of mitochondria of skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle per area were measured and analyzed. The results indicate a significant decrease in the number of mitochondria with normal structure and a signifi-cant increase in the number of mitochondria with abnormal structure in piqixuzheng (spleen energy deficien-cy in TCM) rats. Such changes are thought to reduce the energy supply of the muscles. After treatment with sijunzitang (herbs which invigorate functioning of the pi), the data d.o not show a significant difference when compared with normal rats. It is considered that the structure changes of the mitochondria is one of the ultrastructureal basis of the pinourishing the muscles.
