碱性磷酸酶和5'—核苷酸酶活性主要定位于脑膜瘤毛细血管内皮细胞膜上。碱性磷酸酶活性还定位于砂粒型脑膜瘤细胞质膜和内质网上。Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性定位于脑膜瘤细胞质膜上。酸性磷酸酶和胞嘧啶单核苷酸酶活性定位于瘤细胞溶酶体。焦磷酸硫胺素酶活性定位于高尔基体和内质网。文中对不同亚型脑膜瘤酶活性强度和定位差异进行了讨论。
Alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and 51-nucleotidase were nainly located on the plasma membrane of endothelium of capillaries of the meningiomas. ALP activity was also localized on the plasma membrane and
endoplasmic reticulum(ER) of tumor cells the psammomatous meningioma. Na+-K+-ATP ase activity was confined to the plasma membrane of tumor cells of the meningioma. The reaction products for acid phosphatase and cytidine monophosphatase were confined to the lysosomes of the tumor cells. Thiamine pyrophosphatase activity was confined to Golgi apparatus and ER of the tumor cells.
