摘要
本文通过从1975年至1993年对获得1年半以上随访的158例胸腰椎不稳定骨折内固定术后病人临床资料的回顾分析,比较了棘突钢板、哈氏棒、椎弓根固定系统的复位和临床效果,认为任何一种器械都有一定的优、缺点,作者认为应根据病情、骨折类型等合理选择,以求获得最佳效果.
This article analysed and compared the results of internal fixation among spinous process plates ,Harrington's distraction rods and pedicle screws plating in 158 cases of thoracolumbar spine instable fracture from 1975-1993. All the cases were followed up more than 1. 5 years. Every internal fixation had its superiority and deficiency. The authors believed that the internal fixation should be selected reasonably according to condition of injury and types of fracture,in order to acquiring the excellent results.
