摘要
利用热重分析法研究了一氧化碳和苯乙烯交替共聚物(STCO)热降解反应的动力学。测定了不同升温速度以及在空气和氮气气氛下该共聚物的热分解过程,推测出在主降解峰处热降解机理。
The thermal decomposition kinetics of poly(1 oxo 2 phenyl trimethylene) prepared by copolymerization of carbon monoxide and styrene were studied by means of thermalgravimetry(TG). The thermal degradation processes were tested under different heating rates in the air and nitrogen atmosphere. It has been found that STCO copolymer has one peak of degradation and the onset temperature in nitrogen atmosphere is much higher than in air. Processing should be performed under nitrogen atmosphere to avoid degradating and oxidating. Main thermal degradation of STCO copolymer produces styrene and carbon monoxide. And its scheme was drawn up. Activation energy and reaction order of the main thermal degradation in air are 128 kJ/mol and 0.62 by different heating rate method.
