摘要
聚(1-氧代-2-苯基丙撑)(STCO)和聚(1-氧代-2-(4′-乙基)苯基丙撑)(ESTCO)是一氧化碳(CO)分别与苯乙烯(S t)、对乙基苯乙烯(ES t)进行交替共聚合反应制备的两种芳香族聚酮。聚酮大分子链上大量的羰基赋予了材料光降解性能。论文分别研究了两种聚酮样品及其与聚苯乙烯(PS)共混产物的光降解性能,结果表明,分子量大的聚酮的光降解性能更好;ESTCO的光降解性能好于STCO,聚合物结晶度的降低是提高光降解性能的主要因素;聚酮与PS共混后,光降解性能得到提高,共混使聚酮与PS的光降解相互促进。
Poly ( 1-oxo-2-phenyl-trimethylene ) (STCO) and poly ( 1-oxo-2-(4'-ethyl ) phenyltrimethylene) (ESTCO), two aromatic polyketones, are products of alternating copolymerization of carbon monoxide(CO) with styrene(St) and p-ethyl styrene(ESt), respectively, catalyzed by the transition metal Pd (Ⅱ) complexes. The carbonyl groups containing in polymer backbone abundantly make the materials photodegradable. The photodegradations of polyketone samples and blends of polyketones with polystyrene(PS) were studied. It shows that the higher molecular weight of polyketones is the better photodegradation rate. ESTCO behaves easier than STCO when photodegradation rate of the two polyketones are compared. These are attribute to that photodegradation is more rapid in the amorphous regions than in the crystalline regions of the copolymers. The photodegradation rate of polyketones in the form of blends with PS are promoted comparing with the polymer alone while the photodegradation rate of polystyrene is also enhanced. Cooperation effects exist thereby.
