摘要
通过正电子湮没寿命谱的研究,考察了HDPE/EPDM/CB三相复合材料的结构和性能的关系。结果发现,正正电子素原子(o-Ps)优先局域和湮没于HDPE和EPDM非晶区的自由体积孔洞之中,因而其寿命τ3保持不变。而由o-Ps强度I3反映的自由体积浓度则随填料含量的增加而减小,且改性体系比未改性体系的自由体积浓度低,这是与材料的相结构一致的。自由态正电子寿命τ2则随填料含量变化呈现明显变化,其强度I2随填料含量增加而增加,并且改性体系比未改性的强度大。
The relationship between the structure and property of the HDPE/EPDM/CB ternary composite was investigated through the analysis of positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy (PALS). The results indicated that the orthopositronium (o Ps) is preferentially localized and annihilated in the free volume holes of HDPE and EPDM amorphous region, therefore its lifetime τ 3 is remained constant. The o Ps annihilation intensity I 3, which reflected the free volume concentration, decreases with the filler content. Moreover, the free volume concentration of the modified composite is lower than that of the unmodified one, which is consistent with the phase structure. The free electron lifetime τ 2 changes significantly with the filler content. Its intensity I 2 increases with the filler content. I 2 of the modified composite is greater than that of the unmodified one. The increase of I 2 value reflectes the interfacial layer difference.
