摘要
利用外加热式离子氮化方式对高速钢材料进行氮化,并对其渗氮层的物理、化学性能进行分析。结果表明,温度升高,渗氮速度加块;时间延长,表面硬度提高,冲击韧性明显降低。
Plasmanitriding and Plasmanitrocaburizing have been widely employed. Due to itseconomical and pollution-free condition this technology is on the way to suboitute the gasnitriding organitrocarburizing, hilt there are still several scientific quitions to solve. It is necessary to getreproducible results for different geometries of workpieces and for different workload size. Correlationsbetween different Plasma and tramment parameters, especially in big plants, have to be considered.By the use of the hot wall furnace most of the industrial problems of the pet can be solved. A series ofhss (W15Cr4V) were plasm nitrided with the hot wall furance. The furance temperature changed from400℃ to 500℃. The plasma nitriding was performed for 0. 5-1. 5 hr in H2, N2 gasatmosphere.Evaluation of these nitriding Iayer was conducted by the optical microscopy microhardnessmeasurements, and X-ray diffraction.
