摘要
教练员对高校竞技篮球的发展起着核心的作用。从中美大学教练员选配制度、教练组人员配备、教练员水平和训练态度等四个主要关系运动队训练水平提高的管理因素进行比较,旨在通过分析借鉴美国较成熟的管理经验,促进我国篮球教练员的管理工作。
Coaches play a key role in the development of competitive college basketball. This paper deals with the selection system of Chinese and American coaches at colleges, the formation of coaching group, their proficiency in basketball and their attitude towards training, which are the four major factors that are closely associated with the training and management of the college varsity. It is designed to learn from the fairly mature management experience and put it into practice in Chinese basketball competition at college level.
