提高Ta、T1膀胱移行细胞癌诊断的准确性 被引量：1

摘要 Ta、T1膀胱移行细胞癌的病变局限于黏膜层及固有层，传统分类称为表浅性膀胱癌（SBC）。2004年WHO病理分类，膀胱癌分为非浸润性癌和浸润性癌，癌肿浸润至基底膜以下者称为浸润性癌。2005年EAU泌尿外科疾病指南将膀胱癌分为非肌层浸润性、肌层浸润性及转移性膀胱癌3类。Ta、T1为非肌层浸润性癌，实际上Ta、T1膀胱癌，尤其是高分级及原位癌具有浸润肌层的生物学性能。
