定向棱镜谐振腔的矩阵光学分析

Analyses of matrix optics of directional prism resonator

摘要 利用矩阵光学的分析方法对定向棱镜谐振腔的传输矩阵、失调特性和场特性进行了分析和近似计算。通过等价的方法计算了定向棱镜与平面输出镜构成自准直的临界腔结构,也可以获得稳定腔或非稳腔结构;自准直,临界腔失调灵敏度为零,具有很强的抗失调能力,从而保证光束质量不致下降;研究了定向棱镜的Jones矩阵,可实现模式选择,定向棱镜腔中有6种本征模式。 The transmit matrix,characteristic of misalignment and field of the directional prism resonator are discussed by means of matrix optics. Resonator comprised of a plane output mirror and a directional prism is thought as a critical resonator of self- collimation, also, stable or unstable resonator eenfiguration is decided by the radius of the output mirror, the misalignment sensitivity of the critical resonator is so small, even zero, that is helpful for acquiring the super anti- misalignment stability, and ensures the ideal beam quality, The matrix of Jones is to describe the plase tranformation of the directional prism, there are six types of eigenveetor in cavity.
