学术文摘期刊具有评价功能。有影响的学术文摘期刊还起着一种引领学术风向的类似“学术领袖”的作用;它是学术思想集散地的中心。它比普通学术刊物传播上具有的优势,在于它传播扩散的叠加效应。对于学术文摘期刊办刊态度和质量要有一个评价滞后期。学术文摘期刊也应接受社会监督和实践检验。
The academic digest periodical has the function of evaluation, and some with great influence also work as the academic leaders＇. Meanwhile, it is the center of academic ideas. Influential academic digest periodical enjoys more advantages than ordinary academic ones due to its overlaying effects of communicating and spreading. An evaluation lag phase should be given to the operating attitude and the quality of the academic digest periodical. Such periodical ought to accept the social supervision and the practice test as well.
