Effect of angiotensin-converting enzyme gene polymorphisms on exercise performance

摘要 血管紧张素转移酶(ACE)是肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAS)和激肽释放酶原-激肽系统的一个关键酶。ACE基因I/D多态性与循环和组织中的ACE水平密切相关。近年来人们将分子遗传学引入到运动生理学的研究中,发现人类的运动耐力具有复杂的遗传学基础,多种基因参与运动耐力的调控,其中ACE基因是重要的候选基因,它可以从通气应答和骨骼肌有氧作功效率等方面参与运动的生理调控。 Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) is a key component of the circulating reninangiotensin system (RAS) and kallikrein-kinin system. ACE gene I/D polymorphism is associated with the level of ACE in circulation and local tissue. In recent years,with the introduction of molecular genetics into the research of exercise physiology, human physical performance is found to be of complex hereditary basis and multiple genes participated in the regulation of exercise performance,among which, ACE gene is one of important candidate genes. ACE gene may be involved in the regulation of exercise from ventilatory drive and skeletal muscle aerobic work efficiency.
