摘要
目的观察DLF方案化疗对食管癌患者生活质量的影响。方法运用EORTCQLQ-C30量表和食管癌专用量表QLQ-OES18测量DLF方案化疗前后食管癌患者生活质量的变化。结果吞咽困难、反流、疼痛等化疗后得分下降,说明化疗后生活质量改善;躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、总体生活质量等化疗后第2天得分下降,而到第2疗程前得分增高,恶心呕吐、疲乏、食欲减低等化疗后第2天得分增高,而到第2疗程后得分下降,化疗后患者无生活质量下降。结论DLF方案化疗能够改善食管癌患者生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the effect of DLF regimen chemotherapy on quality of life（QOL） in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods： All eligible patients were enrolled. The EORTC quality of life questionnaire （QLQ） - C30 and QLQ - OES18 were used to measure changes in QOL before and after the chemotherapy. Results ： The mean scores such as OESDYS, OESRFX and PA decreased after the chemotherapy;the mean scores such as PF, CF, EF and global QOL decreased the second day after the chemotherapy, but before the second chemotherapy the mean scores these increased;the mean scores such as NV, FA and AP increased the second day after the chemotherapy,but before the second chemotherapy the meam scores decreased. Conclusion： DLF regimen chemotherapy improved QOL in patients with esophageal cancer.
