摘要
以对二甲苯氧化装置中的氧化残渣中分离出来的混合单元苯羧酸为原料,和二甘醇进行酯化反应,合成混合单元苯羧酸二甘醇酯增塑剂。考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间、醇酸配比对反应的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:反应温度210℃,反应时间7h,催化剂用量0.4%,n醇:n酸为1.5:2。
Mixed diethylene glycol dibenzoate, a plasticizer was synthesized by means of estorification of diethylene glycol and mixed benzoic acid separated from CTA oxidation residue . Effect of reaction and time, amount of catalyst and ratio of glycol to acid on the reaction was studied. The sbtained optimum technological condition was 210℃ of reaction temperature,7h of reaction time, 0.4% of catalyst amount and 1.5 : 2 of ratio of glycol to acid (molar ratio).
