摘要
本文以CTA氧化残渣中分离出来的混合单元苯羧酸为原料,和二甘醇进行酯化反应,合成出混合单元苯羧酸二甘醇酯增塑剂,考察了反应温度,催化剂用量,反应时间,醇/酸比对反应的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:反应温度210℃,反应时间7h,催化剂量0.4％,醇/酸为1.5/2（摩尔比）。
The mixing phcnyl monocarboxylic acid separated from CTA oxidation residure was used to synthesize the plasticizer-Diethylene glycol ester Di-phenyl carboxylic acid with dicthylcnc glycol. Discussed on the effect reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyzer, glycol lacid on the reaction. Optimal process conditions: reation temperature : 210℃ ; reaction time:7h; the amount of catalyst: 0.4wt%, glycol/acid=1.5:2(mol ration).
