摘要
快速成形制造(RPM)是逆向工程的一个分支,在基于硅橡胶模具制作汽车密封件的过程中,硅橡胶的收缩特性导致了产品的尺寸差异。通过放大原型件尺寸的方法对硅橡胶模具的收缩部分进行了补偿,并通过正交设计法分析了试验的可行性。
Rapid prototyping is a branch of reverse engineering. The shrinkage of silicone rubber alters the original values of automobile weather strip in products developing. The shrinkage of silicone rubber mould was compensated by the method of magnifying the size of prototype, and the feasibility of the experimentation was analyzed through the orthogonal design.
