介绍了利用快速成型样件制造导流罩硅胶模的过程,重点阐述了基于RP的硅胶模具制作工艺及真空复制工艺,强调了制造过程应注意的一些问题,实现了导流罩等壳类零件快速制模和复制,可经济快捷地小批量制作塑料产品,满足使用要求。
The process of making a silicon rubber mould for a bossing by rapid prototyping method was presented. The RP-based manufacturing technology of the mould and vacuum replication technique were mainly discussed. Concerns for some key matters in processing were emphasized. The application of the technique can realize small-lot production of plastic products rapidly.
